Considering “Becoming a Chef”

Becoming a Chef

Marlene gave me “The Flavor Bible” for my birthday (yesterday :| ) just before I left NYC on Tuesday the 28th. It is such an interesting compendium on flavor in food theory that I now want to learn more and have decided to get more of Karen Page and Andrew Dornenburg’s culinary books.

Will post a review after I receive and digest it (pun intended!)
