Marlene gave me “The Flavor Bible” for my birthday (yesterday 😐 ) just before I left NYC on Tuesday the 28th. It is such an interesting compendium on flavor in food theory that I now want to learn more and have decided to get more of Karen Page and Andrew Dornenburg’s culinary books.
Will post a review after I receive and digest it (pun intended!)

Have finally finished “Becoming a Chef”. Very glad I got the insight and inspiration this book has to offer anyone interested or considering getting into the culinary industry.
